Smitty’s took wonderful care of my 2012 CRV after I got rear ended. They were extremely helpful and worked directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Very clear communication and kept me updated on the whole process. Plus, my car looks amazing! Absolutely recommend!

Smitty’ made the process of getting the repair easy. Most importantly they were great at staying in communication during the repair. From the estimate to scheduling to the time during the repair work and then especially final delivery of a sparkling clean car.

brought them a bumper to paint match on my wife's 2018 Ford explorer (paint code FT) a silverish metallic blue. a very hard color to match. HOWEVER!! not for Brett (sorry if I misspelled your name). with his knowledge and experience, I new the paint would be close enough, but it was actually perfect. he altered the mixture until it was spot on. I highly recommend Brett and this shop. I didn't have body work done, but I have no doubt they can handle body work with no issue

I was hesitant at first since I wanted the repairs done at Lexus, but my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Tim immediately put me at ease by explaining the assessment and repairs clearly and thoroughly. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My car was returned in like-new condition and looks and runs beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and highly recommend them

From the first day, the customer service from the receptionist was very nice! The first agent Alison was great! She went over all of the damages she saw. Plus she had another agent Christian assisted (another pair of eyes) explaining all of the repairs that were needed. Smitty’s called 30 days later and the photos will show! Top tier work! My car looks brand new and they had the car detailed! Smitty’s Collision is highly recommended for car repairs.
